How the net base works
The net base is the customer's payment minus NexAI's costs for operation, technology and support. Your commission is calculated on that. There is no setup fee; the base is always the recurring monthly payment. Percentages and a worked example come with the intro call and the career system PDF.
Three rules that always apply
- No customer cap: your income keeps growing with every customer.
- No clawbacks: commission that has been paid out is never reclaimed. If a customer cancels, only the further monthly commission stops.
- If a customer pays annually, the one-off commission is still based on the monthly amount. The monthly commission is then paid as a bundle on the anniversary.

As a junior, one or two sales meetings per week are part of onboarding. We listen in on selected calls for coaching; calls are only recorded with an announcement and the customer's consent. The goal is to get better, not to control.

Yes. You work as a self-employed sales partner (commercial agent under § 84 of the German Commercial Code) and invoice us monthly. A small business registration is enough. We show you what the invoice looks like during onboarding.
